公路通车里程达到6080公里，其中：高等级公路182公里，昆曼高速公路小（勐养）磨（磨憨）即将建成通车，泛亚铁路中线方案前期工作全面启动；现有国家级口岸3个，省级口岸 1个，6条过境公路可直通老挝和缅甸。开通了泰、老两国国际航线，能通过水、路、空综合交通运输线直达3个国家。年发电量20861万度，装机容量175万千瓦的景洪电站将于2008年开始发电。固定电话用户30万户，移动电话用户38万户。
1. Infrastructure
Xishuangbanna has 6,080 km of highways open to traffic,among which 182 km are expressways.Xiaomo(Xiaomengyang-Mohan )expressway is about to be open to traffic.The preparatory work on the mid line of Pan-Asia Railway has begun. The prefecture now has 3 state-level ports,1 provincial-level port and 6 highways directly extend to Laos and Myanmar.The prefecture now has international air routes linking it with Thailand and Laos.It is connected with the tree countries by an integrated network of waterborne,overland and air links.The annual power generation here is 208.61 million kw/h.The Jinghong power plant,with an installed capacity of 1.75 million kw,will begin operation in 2008.The prefecture also has fixed-line subscribers of 300,000 and mobile subscribers of 380,000.

基建成本
房屋造价视厂房材料、结构而定，一般为600-1200元/平方米。
劳动力成本
外资企业职工工资水平由企业依据当地政府部门公布的工资指导线，通过集体谈判确定。职
工法定工作时间内的最低工资，不得低于当地最低工资标准。
